  • Play on a different device if possible

Automatic Round Resolution

If your game round becomes stuck or unfinished, it will automatically settle depending on your game provider:

  • Yggdrasil Games: Unfinished rounds resolve automatically after 24 hours

  • Relax Gaming + Silver Bullet: Unfinished rounds resolve automatically after 48 hours

How to Find Your Round ID

  1. Go to "My Account"

  2. Scroll down to "My Transactions"

  3. Select "Games" – here you'll see all your played rounds and their corresponding IDs
